Abstract
Vast amount of citizens showed up at the trial for the case of the illegal parade in Varosia. Seventeen students and a small number of citizens, illegally conducted a parade on the 16 December 1954 protesting. The court redeem thirteen of the appellee and fined them 40 pounds each, the police dropped the charges on two of them because their were condemned on the past for the same charge. The judge suggested the accusatives to avoid any similar actions in the future because his clemency wont be the same next time.
