Mr. Rossides overturns allegations of British correspondents
Abstract
Mr. Rossides with epistles to British newspapers contradicts allegations concerning alleged Greek ingratitude. Mr. Rossides points out that the given financial help to Greece, from the British, to fight communism accommodates not only Greece but the whole western world and that the heroic self-immolation of Greece in the last great war should be taken into consideration before accusing Greece for ingratitude. Moreover, Mr. Rossides responds to allegations concerning the existence of communists in Cyprus. He supported that the colonial regime together with the repression of freedom of speech and abortion of national sentiment, is indeed a positive climate for the communism to flourish.
