Abstract
Last night, an incident took place in the lower neighbourhood of Çağlayan Bar. Kemal Abdullah, the police officer, and Kemal Ahmet Rifat had a conflict while Kemal Ahmet Rifat was disturbing the neighbourhood. According to the news, Kemal Ahmet Rifat has died.
Geçtiğimiz gece yarısı, Çağlayan Bar'ın arka mahallesinde olan olayda, Kemal Abdullah isimli polis, sokakta rahatsızlık yapmakta olan Kemal Ahmet Rifat ile çatışmış olup, olay sonrası Kemal Ahmet Rifat ölmüş bulunmaktadır.
