Turkey continues insisting on the declared principles at London Conference last September, and questions England's behaviour: how friendly is starting bilateral negotiations against the accepted princiles at London Conference? Turkish Government will no accept and will strictly reject any change in Cyprus's status quo by the constitution and autonomy or by the plebiscite. These sort of fait accompli will shake the relationship among Turkey, England and Greece.
