Το άρθρο σημειώνει πως η Ελληνική κοινότητα δεν επιθυμεί να αναμειχθεί στις υποθέσεις της Τουρκοκυπριακής κοινότητας. Το γεγονός της ίδρυσης του νέου κόμματος το οποίο επιθυμεί την ειρήνη στο νησί, ίδιο σκοπό με την Ελληνοκυπριακή κοινότητα, βρίσκει την τελευταία σύμμαχο.
The artcle notes that the Greek community does not wish to mendle with the Turkish-Cypriot issues. The fact though that the new party is in favor of peace, same goal the Greek community has, is an ally with the Greek-Cypriot community.
